Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope
These terms apply to contracts with consumers and businesses.

2. Contract
A contract is concluded only upon written order confirmation.

3. Prices
Prices in EUR. As a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.

4. Payment
Bank transfer or as agreed.

5. Shipping
Shipping within Germany.

6. Withdrawal (consumers)
In general, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. It does not apply to custom-made goods (§ 312g(2) No. 1 BGB), in particular individually produced 3D prints and laser engravings.
